Meet Felipe Figueiredo

I've been in Brazilian courts for over 15 years. I've seen companies — many of them foreign — lose cases they could have won. Not because they acted in bad faith, but because they couldn't prove they were compliant.

The pattern was always the same: missing documents, poorly structured contracts, no evidence of contractor autonomy. By the time they reached the courtroom, it was too late.

I kept thinking: these problems are preventable. If only someone had helped them get it right from the start.

So I learned to code. I combined 15 years of legal experience with software development skills and built the tools I wished existed when I was on the other side — watching companies lose cases they shouldn't have lost.
